JR Kyushu to Launch Second Series of "Plarail" NFTs Starting September 13

Kyushu Railway Company (hereafter, JR Kyushu) announced that it will launch the second edition of its NFT collaboration with the long-seller railway toy 'Plarail' on Friday, September 13, 2024. This NFT is planned as a part of the 'JR Kyushu NFT' project deployed by JR Kyushu, aiming to build new connections with more railway fans and customers interested in blockchain technology.

Kyushu Railway Company will launch the second N.F.T. product in collaboration with the long-seller railway toy 'Plarail' (manufacturer: Takara Tomy) from September 13 (Friday). JR Kyushu, by utilizing the N.F.T., aims to create various contact points with customers and propose new values and ways to enjoy Kyushu through the 'JR Kyushu N.F.T.' project, involving sales of N.F.T. and free distribution at stations and trains. Among these efforts, to expand recognition of the 'JR Kyushu N.F.T.' to more customers and provide new ways to enjoy railways, we conducted a collaborative N.F.T. sale with 'Plarail' from February to July 2024.

This time, following the highly acclaimed first installment, we present a new collaboration NFT using a different train from last time, with four types of animation videos. Enjoy content that collaborates with the JR Kyushu train in the world of 'Plarail'. We will continue to provide NFT content utilizing railways, so please look forward to it.
