Idle Blockchain Game "Elysium's Edge" Development Confirmed

Stock Corporation Japan Media Arts (headquartered in Minato Ward, Tokyo, CEO: Murakami Kiminori) announced the development of a new idle-style block chain game called 'Elysium's Edge' on February 29, 2024.

In the world view of 'Elysium's Edge', multiple races coexist, including humans, demons, and sprites, depicting adventures around the ancient empire's relics and treasures. Real creators also implant themselves into this world, shaping new narratives, societies, and economies. In the game, autonomous and economic environments are organized, with the introduction of DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) also being considered. Assets are managed by NFTs, naturally realizing the 'Play to Earn' environment, with a healthy in-game social environment expected.

"Elysium's Edge" has a time axis parallel to the real one, where environmental changes occur even when the game is off, and economic activities in the game can potentially restore real society. Details will be released in the future through teaser sites and official social media.
